after installing the patch i entre the game and i don't find "your database" plz if u cant help me share with me a save file

Women-Database is missing, maybe that's the problem. Please reinstall the game and after that install the patch again. Women-Database is not part of our 21/22 patch, so please try complete reinstall of the game.
